NRS 21.075 explains the notice of writ of execution, which comes into play only after a judgment has been entered against you. Once a judgment has been entered, I don't know of any circumstance where the location of incurring the debt would matter. If you now reside in Nevada and the judgment was either originally entered in Nevada or domesticated in Nevada, then NRS 21.075 will apply to you.
