Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

I opened a couple of pay day loans in my fianc�s name. His credit counselor told him to file a police report to get them removed from his name. He doesn't want to get me in trouble. Is there any alternative?

Pay them off. Or have the fiance take the hit for the debt. If a police report is filed, there will be little to do as the state prosecutes in its own name. I suggest paying them off.
