payday loan

can a collection company who is out of the country file a wage garnishment against me?? in the state of nevada they are in puerto rico somewhere.. and can i go to jail for this cause there telling me they are going to have me arrested

They have to sue you before they can garnish. They can only have you arrested if you don't show up to a deposition.

By the way, Puerto Rico is a part of the United States.
