Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

repo of boat

got a replie stating

they can sue me and garnish my wages. They have six years from the date of your last payment to sue you. Many times they just threaten but for $15,000,they will probably sue.

next question: if they garnish your wages how do they determine the amount that is garnsihed. Also should I file bankruptcy? Idon't want to pay for a boat I no longer own.

25% of gross monthly income. Based upon the new bankruptcy law, I would need to meet with you to determine whether you should file for bankruptcy.
