request for extension

I was recently served an Order For Examination of Judgement Debtor. I would like to file a request for extension (court date June 3rd) to have more time to prepare and compile the documentation required by the court. How do I file an extension request?

Call the attorney and ask for an extension. If not, you may need to appear and ask for an extension on the record. I can get you an extension if I was hired.
