Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada
Short sale of home with 2nd mortgage... 2nd would only agree if i agreed to be responsible for balance. if i didn't agree, the only option was foreclosure. Would this be considered signing under duress?

The 2nd mtg. holder has no obligation to allow you to do a short sale. They have a legal right to refuse to forgive your loan.
