small claims
is there anyway that I can obtain financial information on an individual who owe me a debt? (long story short)went to court won small claims they never paid did process to garnish wages individual go terminated 8 days prior.

You can get what is called a "Judgment Debtor Examination" where you can ask him anything financial. This is a court order that you have to prepare and get the judge to sign. You can also hire a "skip-tracer" that will find you bank account and other information. They charge about $75.
