Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada
I submitted a smartphone for repair 4-5 months ago. Since then the repair retailer has been dodging my questions, telling me they are/have sent the phone to me (cant provide the tracking number) or feeding me lies. This has cost me a lot of money in lost business and ive had to purchase a new phone.
How can I make them accountable or make them act? Is there a watchdog?

As you might well imagine, one case like this is not that valuable to a lawyer. A million of them, and I'm sure there are a million would be valuable. You could bring the company to small claims court and you would in all likelihood win. Into the future, my firm hopes to do class actions on this type case and others.. That infrastructure just isn't there yet.
