Getting Sued Again
When a creditor gets a judgement to collect on a default loan. Can another creditor come after the debtor with a lawsuit to collect for their specific damages? The 1st creditor is being paid in agreed istalments.

No, but don't ignore the second lawsuit. You need to file a Motion to Dismiss. You should talk to both and see if you can resolve this without further litigation.
