i have been sued by loan agency, i owe money to

at this point what can i do to, either pay off this debt or ward off garnishment of wages?????

Do they have a judgment. I have defended against these cases because sometimes they don't have the required signed paperwork. At the very least, I can get the attorney's fees for the loan agency reduced.
