Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

underage collections

i have 3 hospital bills that are in collections and have been since i was 17 and now their on my credit report. is there a nevada law that say they cant put it on my credit report and charge me for it?

Yes, unless you were emancipated. As a minor, you are not responsible for your contracts.
