Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nevada

I'm trying write a letter " Termination of Contract" with a law firm, that is in a process of being sued by the court and the state. They are debt company, in which they are suppose to provide services to their clients. Unfortunately, they are not doing their job, so I'm planning on terminating my contract with them. All they need is a written notice from me. How do I start it?

Pursuant to section ____________ of the contract, termination is effective upon written notice. ....
