3rd Domestic Violence
Can someone change their plea from quilty to not quilty during sentencing because of misleading advise from the attorney? Also new evidence has surfaced and witnesses have come forward after the hearing?

You'd have to file a motion before sentencing and show good cause to have your plea withdrawn.
