Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
15 yeah old aressted
my 15 year old daughter was arrested. The arresting officer said her full name and full crime over his radio. Is there any law to protect her from this. the town in which she live everone has police scanners and now the whole town knows.

If the police needed to mention her name to solve the crime than that is ok to do.
