My 13 year old sister and the inhuman treatment in juvenile hall.

my 13 year old little sister and her friend decided to do something that they now regret!On7/20 at 7:00 they called up and order some food with the intention of leaving a note on the door stating to''leave the food we have a gun''when the driver seen this note he picked it up and went back to his work, where he was told to call the police,he then returned to the house waiting for the police when my sisters friend's mom arrived she apologized for the girls and paid the driver for the food even though the driver never left the food there.the police and handed the money back to the mom and said the driver could not accept the money because there would be no case. The girls were arrested charged with Armed Robbery. They told the mom not to contact my mom because they didn't need another out of control parent down there.when she was told she was going to be there for a while she was crying and it just carried on till she was put in a small room she asked if she could see the nurse and that got her another 2 days of lock down. She was in lock down for 4days My mom is going crazy her public defender told my mom to plea guilty. How can this be Armed Robbery nothing was robbed I believe she needs to be punished but this is just Inhuman

I would suggest getting a private attorney. The matter needs to be placed back on calendar. I do not think this is robbery either.
