Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
I got arrested for domestic silence battery two years ago. I never convicted but I sent to impulse control classes. The case is dismissed now.I want to apply for nursing program. How i can remove the case from the records in a way that I can say I never have been arrested? You response is highly appreciated.

If the case was dismissed you can file a Petition To Seal Records.
