Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
assault or battery
a fight outside a bar, all parties inebriated, 2 women fight,due to 3rd party with 1 of the women obviously instigating. no arrests made yet both parties press charges, neither have major injuries. should charges be assault or battery or other? what might punishment be? 3rd party=provoking breach of peace??

Battery, fighting, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace are the likely charges.
