Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
no bail
my boyfriend was arrested on 6-25 for drug salesand possession of firarm with obliterated sn however at the time of his arrest he wasn't in possession of either. he is being held with no bail and the court will not tell us why.

Re: no bail
Some offenses have no bail until you appear for a bail hearing set by your attorney or the Court. If he is on probation, parole or has other warrants he would be held without bail as well.
