Battery Charge
What is the penalty for Battery with no injuries? I was the victim of this crime and i have to go to court and was wondering what exactly the penalties.

6 months or $1,000 fine. First offenses are usually put in a diversion program unless it is domestic battery which has the same penalties but involves counseling for 6 months, community service and some mandatory jail time.
