Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
bench warrent
i would like to know what happens when you get a bench warrent do you have to pay the amount of the bond which was 3000 before you can get out of jail , or how does this work or is it 10% of the original bond ?

If the Judge issues a no bail bench warrant you have to wait until you go to court and the Judge will set the conditions of release. Otherwise if there is a bail you pay cash or a bailbondsperson.
