Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
bigamy
Will the DA's office prosecute the crime
of Bigamy? As you may well know, it is
a class D felony but does not seem to
be prosecuted very often. Will the
police even investigate?

Re: bigamy
The crime of bigamy is not prosecuted very often because it is not a common offense committed by people.
If you have been arrested and charged with the crime I wouldn't count on not being prosecuted just because your charge is rare.
Contact my office if you'd like to speak to an attorney regarding your matter.
