Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
breaking and entering
Last night I went into my ex-boyfriends home using the garage code that he had never changed without his permission. He asked me to leave but I wouldn't and we fought and screamed and he called the police. I left before they showed up. Can I be charged?

Re: breaking and entering
What you did was at least breaking and entering. I highly recommend you retain counsel to verify if there is a warrant for your arrest.

Re: breaking and entering
This is simple trespassing unless you took something so I doubt if the police will pursue it.
