Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Citation for Possession of drug paraphenalia
My teenage son was given a Citation for possessing a marijuana pipe. We have a court date and my son swears his innocence of the charge. Should I seek legal counsel?

If it is his first offense you don't really need an attorney. However, if you can afford one I would still obtain one as attorneys know the foreign language of the legal system which is many times confusing to the lay person.
