Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
If you consult with a lawyer for posibble retention regarding a muder case and he later becomes the judge in the case. Is this legal and/or a conflect of interest??

This would be a conflict of interest and the Judge should recuse himself or herself of you can file a motion to challenge this Judge for cause.
