Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
credit card fraud
can i be convicted of credit card fraud if bounty hunters came to get someone who owed bail money,found fake ids and called police,who then froze apartment.then they got warrant and found multiple ids and ccs-they cards where expired/reported and i never used them.if yes,will it involve prison time.lots of arrests,no felony.

If you cannot suppress the search you would be convicted of a felony but probably get probation if you have no prior felony convictions.
