Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
criminal restitution renewal ?
i am trying to find out if you need to renew a criminal restitution order in the sate of nevada or if the order stays good, i can not find anything in case laws or the NRS any ideas on where to look also?

Without reviewing the Order in question, my guess is that the obligation is one of several conditions of probation. Once the probation time is served, the restitution order may no longer be enforceable through the criminal courts (i.e., probation revocation) and a civil action should be prosecuted for the balance of restitution due.
