Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
curiosity on legal matters
What exactly can we do to drop down a trafficking in a controlled substance level 3, posession of stolen vehicle, and posession of meth, (3- seperate charges) in a matter of about a month before the set trial date. Is there anything that we could do to either get the court continued or to lower/drop charges in that little amount of time? you think its wise to keep continuing the trial, until we figure out something to do to try and fix the predicament or situation?

If you are guilty you want to plea bargain otherwise you risk a long prison sentence. As far as coninuances, in criminal cases, the longer the trial date the staler the case is for the D.A.
