Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada

I need help
my daughter was arrested for 1st degree arson. she was held by the casino where she worked and interigated by HR and the Arson investigator. They intimidated her until she said maybe she did it. she is now in jail for 3 days now and still has not seen a lawyer. she did not do this, but she has mental problems, panic attacks, depression and bipolar and is diabetic. is there any lawyer willing to fight the casinos and that we can afford. my daugher is very distraught. The have no evidence how the fire in the room was started and nobody saw anything.l
what are we to do now.

Your daughter faces very serious charges in First Degree Arson. That is a felony charge and carries a potential significant jail term.

Your daughter should have an initial arraignment within a few days of her arrest where she can enter her initial plea and set bail.

It is hard to judge the charges against your daughter without reviewing the evidence against her.
