Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Dear sir,
I co-signned a car for my friend for couple a years already. My friend still driving the car, but for the past couple of month, she didnot pay the payment, so i have to step in and paid before my name go on bad credit and collection. I don't have the key to the car, can i duplicate a key from the dealer and try to locate the car and drive away. I intend to keep the car and payoff and sell it for the upside down. since she is not going to pay it and i am the primary in the lien title. the car owe $8000. Would i be committed a crime

Get a repo guy from the yellow pages. Otherwise you might get arrested since you are not the registered owner.
