Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
if I had a deferred 1 yr sentence in montana for felony deceptive practices in 2005, which was later dismissed with prejudice and expunged can I now own a firearm? and register it in Nevada where I now live?

yes as long as you have no felonies on your record you can apply and own a handgun
