whats the difference between "innocent" and "not guilty"?

nothing really just legal jargon and procedure..
You plead "Not Guilty" when you are asked by the judge at your first appearance what your plea is. You have 3 options (Not Guilty, Guilty or No Contest")
At the time of trial then the judge either finds you guilty of not guilty. If you are not guilty than you are innocent,
