After our divorce my ex wants to reopen a forgery charge against me? Is that possible?

It is really up to the prosecutor to pursue charges. If she files a complaint and it's truly a criminal act you could be prosecuted. If it's something which the divorce Judge could have taken care of prosecution is unlikely. Forgery is taken seriously.
