dog attacks
my dogs got out and were brought home by a neighbor who found them in his yard, that afternoon, another neighbor returned home to find her dog wounded, now i am being charged with two misd. counts and there is noway one can actually place my dogs at the crime

You need to plead not guilty and go to trial on the matter. The prosecutor will have to prove his or her case beyond a reasonable doubt.
