Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
domesti violence case and dui
a year and three months ago i was charged with domesti violence.I appealed the decision and lost.I have not returned to court yet for that sentencing and now in january,i got a dui.my question is will this affect my sentencing in eighther case? will i get more jail time?

Unless you were told to stay out of trouble as part of your sentence the DUI should not be a problem.
