Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
domestic incident
my brother was arrested in his own home after calling the police and getting into a fight with his live in girlfriend. he's getting out on bail and says he has to go to a hotel. She lives with him in his house and is not on the deed or mortgage, she said she got a restaining order. why shouldn't she be forced to leave, it's his house.

Re: domestic incident
If you live together and you're the aggressor, you're out on the street insofar as the police are concerned. She gets the house and he has to file a motion to get back in it. Remember this is a community property state and not a title one.
