Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Where can I download "motion for status form? I need it for 2nd district, nevada. To read "motion to set aside guilty plea" I am searching everywhere and not finding the correct form. I would really appreciate any help!!

Google -Motion to Withdraw guilty plea then customize the form to the court you are in and what ever facts and argument you want to present to the judge. You are never going to find a form exactly what you need. Forms are used just to get you started.
