Drug trafficing
Is having 6grams of meth that is your friends in your house and being seen with him while doing drug deals considered trafficing?

When dealing with drug trafficing charges a key element is who has possession of the drugs. If you have a friend/roommate living in your home and you have knowledge of the drug deals taking place you would have "constructive possession" of the drugs. This is enough notice that you could be held criminally liable for the drugs.
