Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Drug trafficking
I was arrested on a arrest warrant for trafficking .Court date set but i am not on any court calender.What is the reason for this.I have checked every court date and can not find my name or case number.Is there any specific reason for this .Please answer thank you

The District Attorney has 1 year to file.There may be a lab delay or they are taking the case to the Grand Jury.
