Embezzlement
i am being charged with embezzlement for $30,000. i have not yet been arrested for my crime. my grandfather is loaning me the $30,000 to pay back all at once. my question is... is it still possible to settle out of court with my previous employer? that way avoiding any criminal charges? if it is still possible how late is too late to still settle out of court?
