Excessive Battery
My son was charged with excessive battery after he got in a fight. The boy came to my sons house. They were both drinking. The boy picked my son up. They fell on the ground. The boy hit his head on a pipe. the next day the boy died. What can my son be charged with now and what is the jail term?

This could be charged as involuntary manslaughter or aggravated battery both of which are probationable but can carry prison time of 5 years.
