False accusation of domestic violence
I falsely accused my husband of domestic violence. What can I do to assist him and his attorney in getting the case dismissed, and what is the penalty for false accusation in Nevada?

Perjury is a felony so don't do it. Just tell the prosecutor you would like to drop thd charge,
