Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
felon with possesion of a firearm
What if person ''Ace'' was renting a room from the person who owns the house ''Bob''.''Ace'' asked permission of the owner ''Bob'' to use a safe in his room, when ''Ace first moved in (the middle of August.) Because it was too heavy to move out of the room, ''Ace'' put a firearm, (clip was empty) in the safe with out ''Bob'' knowing what ''Ace'' put in there. The (Bob's) house gets raided on December 15th and ''Bob'' is now getting charged with felon in possesion of a firearm, because he is a felon. ''Ace'' sighned an affidavid claiming the gun. just wanted to know if they can still charge ''Bob'' with that?
Thanks,
?#$!

Re: felon with possesion of a firearm
Bob needs to know what is in his house or on his property. Of course he can be changed.
