Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
my fiance is on probation in illinois, we can no longer support ourselves there and he needs to move to nevada to live with his parents, would he be able to get an immediate transfer here since he will otherwise be homeless?

He would need to get permission from Illinois's Department Of Probation to move to Nevada. Insofar as a transfer of probation, although it is possible that such a transfer occur, it will be up to Nevada's Department Of Probation as to when or whether such a transfer can occur.
