Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
How do I go about filing a lawsuit against my customer for a bad check she wrote and she never responded to my letter and phone calls for over 3 weeks. Need an advice how to file a lawsuit against this customer. Need an answer today. I wanna prepare the papers today or asap.

On a bad check, if it's under $5,000, most people go to Small Claims Court. You can download the forms or go to Justice Court and start the process. The District Attorney has a Bad Check Unit and you can go through that procedure too which starts with filing a police report.
