Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
''Flat Sentence''
If you plead to a lesser charge then fail to appear/pay penalties,then get arrested on a bench warrant,Is the ''flat sentence'' negotiable? i.e. will lose job, No priors,30 day sentence, been in custody 5 days.. Please respond asap

It is not negotiable, but sometimes the jail administration will still let you go for overcrowding reasons. The other remedy is to file a motion to modify your sentence.
