Fraud

I am being charge with fraud, I did ot spend the money on myself nor mi children, i started by helping other people to pay the extention fees on their loans and ended taking responsability of the loans because they never came back to the office, sounds stupid but thats how it happened. The detective said that ir does not matter I am accountable for the oney which totaled $41,000.00

Lack of a specific intent to defraud is a good defense to fraud. Bot it is nevertheless theft.
