Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada

fraud check

i was given a cashiers check of $5k. took it to the bank to cash and the cops came and told me it was fraud. i went home. he arrested me the following day at my house. after he told me it was obvious i was a victim. i have never been in trouble with the law. i now have to be on probation for a year. i paid a lawyer $4k. i just want a second opinion regarding why i didnt receive justice. or just anyones opinion on my case. thank you your time is very appreciated

You must have pled guilty to something to be on probation. You can file a motion to withdraw your plea if you have good cause. However, if the circumstances were such that you should have known that you possessed a fraudulent check you could have been found guilty by a jury.
