fraudulent check writing
i found out my ex-wife has written a fraudulent check towards our son's football team. I've chosen to cover the returned check fee, but would like to know if I can press charges against her as an outside third party

Usually the victim or the D.A. presses the charges. I doubt if the police would take a report from you.
