Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
my friend was recently arrested while sleeping in an friends appartment because the police found meth manufactiring chemicals hidden in a closet that she was tottaly unaware of. the charge was conspirace to manufacture meth. is this a legitamite charge?

The police always charge conspiracy first and then the District Attorney decides later whethe there is enough evidence for the charge to stick. Being in the wrong place at the wrong time is enough probable cause for the police to make an arrest for this charge.
