Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
My ex girlfriend is charged with 1.Felony - assault with a deadly weapon, 2.Gross misdemeanor - discharging a firearm and 3.Endangering the public and a misdemeanor - discharging a firearm while intoxicated. It's her first offense. It�s in Nevada.What would the fees possibly be for her to hire an attorney and what punishment is she possibly looking at?
